Impact100 of Northwest Florida Grant
This grant provides funding opportunities for nonprofit organizations in Northwest Florida to support impactful community projects that enhance the quality of life in the region.
Impact100 of Northwest Florida, a collective giving organization led by women, supports high-impact projects that serve the communities of Okaloosa and Walton counties. The organization is part of the broader Impact100 movement, which empowers women to award transformative grants to local nonprofits. Through annual funding cycles, Impact100 NWF mobilizes resources to catalyze community change, offering significant funding to eligible nonprofits committed to improving local quality of life. The 2026 grant cycle invites applications from nonprofits that are recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code for at least two years as of July 1, 2026. Additionally, applicants must be registered with both the Florida Division of Corporations and the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services unless exempt. Organizations must also carry general liability and directors and officers insurance. All applicants must be currently serving, or collaborating with entities serving, Okaloosa and/or Walton counties in Florida. Projects must have a total budget of exactly $100,000 and must be either a new initiative, an expansion of an existing program, or a collaborative expansion between multiple nonprofits. All funds must be spent within two calendar years of the award. Projects must exclusively benefit residents of Okaloosa or Walton counties. General operating expenses, political activities, sectarian religious initiatives, or general capital campaigns are not eligible for funding. Construction or renovation is only allowed if tied to a specific project and if the property is owned or secured by a five-year lease. Applications are categorized into one of five focus areas, and applicants are encouraged to choose the two most relevant to their proposal: Arts & Culture, Education, Environment/Recreation/Preservation, Family, and Health & Wellness. The funder emphasizes community-wide impact and encourages initiatives that are inclusive, scalable, and sustainable within the region. The application process begins with a Letter of Intent, which becomes available on February 1, 2026. LOIs are due by March 31, 2026. Organizations that pass the initial screening are invited to submit full proposals, which are due by July 1, 2026. Finalists will be announced on October 19, 2026, and the final grant recipients will be selected during the Annual Meeting on November 8, 2026.
