Funding for the Arts Everywhere Program ranges from $1,000 to $20,000, depending on the applicant’s eligibility and project category. All awarded grants must be matched at a minimum of 1:1 using a combination of cash contributions and in-kind expenses. This requirement ensures that grant recipients actively contribute to the sustainability of their projects. Organizations based in designated Rural Opportunity Zones may claim in-kind, non-monetary donations as up to 100% of their matching funds.
Eligible applicants for this grant include established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, federally recognized tribal communities, and units of local government. Large multipurpose institutions and public entities applying for funding must demonstrate a distinct operating budget and an advisory or governing board that oversees the proposed arts initiative.
