This program provides funding for Massachusetts digital health companies to test and validate their new products or services in collaboration with designated sandbox organizations.
The Digital Health Sandbox Program supports Massachusetts digital health companies that need to test and validate new products or services in a sandbox environment. Through this rolling grant opportunity, MeHI uses the Sandbox Network to help companies access testing and validation capabilities and services from participating sandbox organizations. Applicants must be Massachusetts digital health companies and propose a project with a selected sandbox that can support their testing needs. Award funds are directed to the applicant’s chosen sandbox rather than to the applicant company, and the funds must be used to cover the sandbox’s project costs and fees. Applicants must include a project budget and a letter from the sandbox confirming the services and resources it will provide. Applications that include in-kind funding from the company or sandbox receive preference.
