Additional Requirements

An Applicant Must: Be a small business owner or nonprofit representative Applicant must be the principal i.e., majority owner or authorized nonprofit representative. Be a for-profit business or 501(c) (3) or 501(c) (19) nonprofit organization. At least 60% of 2019 nonprofit expenses must have been programmatic. Have been in operation in Town of Oyster Bay prior to January 1, 2021. Be in operation at the time of application (businesses that have ceased operations are ineligible). Have fewer than 50 full-time equivalent (FTE) W-2 employees. Have between $50,000 and $5 million in annual revenue in fiscal year 2021. Certify and demonstrate they experienced economic or financial hardship due to COVID-19. Not be in default or arrears on past or current federal and state financing or funding programs.
