Program funds will also support the development of a current State of Tribal Law Enforcement in Alaska report with an assessment of tribal law enforcement services and needs, challenges, areas of greatest need, and any unique barriers. The assessment will help shape technical assistance offered under the program along with areas for the COPS Office to focus on in future efforts.
