This grant provides funding and technical assistance to organizations that help state, local, and Tribal governments improve their planning and permitting processes for large-scale renewable energy projects.

Funding and Duration: Grant amounts for the conventional program range from $100,000 to $500,000. The maximum grant duration is two (2) years, eight (8) months, and grant funds cannot be expended before November 1, 2025, or after June 30, 2028.   Projects submitted through the Additional Assistance for Historically Underrepresented Organizations (Additional Assistance) Program will range from $100,000 to $250,000. Program requirements and submission deadlines differ for Additional Assistance Program applicants. Jewish Community Foundation Small Grants Program in Arizona offers an expedited process for local organizations to apply for grants of $5,000 or less. In the first combined grant cycle, the Jewish Community Foundation and Jewish Federation (now the Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix) awarded over $1.4 million to support Jewish organizations, programs, and services locally, in Israel, and overseas. The grants provided core operating support and program funding to address the needs of the Jewish community. FUNDING PARAMETERS • One-time grants up to $5,000. Requests for more than $5,000 will be rejected. • Only organizations whose program or project serves the Greater Phoenix Jewish community. • Organizations may not receive more than one small grant in a 12-month period. • Applicants must be either a 501(c)(3) organization, a school, or a synagogue, or must have a fiscal agent that falls into one of those categories. • Small grant applicants are eligible to participate in the CJP’s annual grant cycle. WHAT WE FUND We will review applications that serve the local Jewish community in the following categories: • Time-sensitive or urgent needs or opportunities: or requests that capitalize on a time-limited opportunity (funding or otherwise) • New programs • Events that serve a significant number of people in the Jewish community • Capacity building WHAT WE DO NOT FUND • Organizations that are NOT recognized as registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit entities • General operating support or general support for ongoing programs • Capital, endowment, ongoing or other fundraising campaigns • Equipment purchases to replace or upgrade equipment for an office, existing program or service • Scholarships or grants to individuals • Projects in their entirety • Proposals from organizations that do not follow our application procedures • Renewed support to past grantees that have not met our reporting requirements HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY • Applications may be submitted anytime to squen@phoenixcjp.org. • Applications not submitted on this form will be rejected. 12-point font is preferred. • Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. • After review of your application, we may request additional information. • The CJP will endeavor to notify grant applicants within 45 days. During the peak months of the annual grant cycle (December through February), it may longer to process small grant applications.

The DWS Grant Program has been established to help individuals with low to moderate incomes finance the costs of household water wells and individually owned decentralized wastewater systems that they own or will own. Grant funds must be used to establish and maintain a revolving fund to provide loans and sub-grants to eligible individuals for individually owned water well systems and/or individually owned wastewater systems. Individual households may use the loan and/or sub-grant funds to construct, refurbish, rehabilitate, or replace decentralized water systems up to the point of entry to a home. Point of entry for the well system is the junction where water enters into a home water delivery system after being pumped from a well. For septic systems, in lieu of the point of entry, the point of exit is substituted. The point of exit is the junction where wastewater exits out of the home wastewater collection system into the septic tank and drain field. Grant funds may be used to pay administrative expenses associated with providing DWS loans and/or sub-grants.

This grant provides funding to organizations in Illinois to deliver comprehensive nursing support and services to pregnant and parenting individuals and their infants, focusing on improving health outcomes and reducing disparities.

This program provides up to $50 million in grant funding to eligible public bodies, non-profits, and Federally-recognized tribes. Grants may cover up to 75 percent of total project cost. There is no minimum or maximum award amount. Grants will be provided to eligible applicants to repair eligible essential community facilities damaged by Presidentially Declared Disasters that occurred in CY 2022 . Subject to any updates to the Presidentially Declared Disasters, the following states have been identified with areas that have been impacted by qualifying events during CY 2022: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Virginia, Washington, and West Virginia. Applications for the CF Program Disaster Repair Grants must be submitted to the applicable USDA RD Office. Applications will be accepted on a continual basis, beginning on the publication date of this notice, until funds are exhausted. The applicable USDA RD State Office will conduct an initial review, rating, and selection of complete applications.

This funding opportunity supports a national initiative to educate and empower Medicare beneficiaries and their families against fraud and abuse, by providing resources and training to organizations dedicated to this mission across the U.S. and its territories.

Grantees will be required to accomplish the following within the Grant Activity Period: Convene a standing committee of community members and stakeholders tosupport development of new SLP structure and strategic framework. Model equity practices and principles in the development of new SLP mission,vision, programming, and services. Identify and retain a dedicated staff member to lead new SLP and provide mentorship to that individual. Identify and maintain an accessible public office space for the new SLP. Create and implement a realistic operating budget for new SLP, with appropriate portion of grant funds going directly to support new SLP. Supply anticipated outcomes for a one-year grant and outline any next steps anticipated to occur beyond the grant activity period to fulfill the goals of the grant program.

Program Summary The PATH program is designed to reduce and/or eliminate homelessness for individuals who may be experiencing (SMI) serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Our goal is to ensure that individuals are connected to mainstream MH services and eventually transitioned into stable housing improve their health, and live a self-directed, purposeful life. Funding Priorities or Focus Areas • IDHS is working to counteract systemic racism and inequity, and to prioritize and maximize diversity throughout its service provision process. This work involves addressing existing institutionalized inequities, aiming to create transformation, and operationalizing equity and racial justice. It also focuses on the creation of a culture of inclusivity for all regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or ability. Project Description The Grantee will operate the Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) formula grant providing flexible, community-based services throughout the State of Illinois to address the needs of adults ages 18-65+ and families, with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders, who are homeless or at imminent risk of becoming homeless. PATH links the population of individuals with serious mental illnesses (SMI)/co-occurring substance use disorders (COD), who experience persistent and pervasive health disparities, to mainstream and other supportive services. Collectively the PATH resources help individuals experiencing or at risk for homelessness with SMI/COD secure safe and stable housing, improve their health, and live a self-directed, purposeful life.

The Walter Cerf Community Fund (WCCF), administered by The Vermont Community Foundation, offers grants to address various charitable needs throughout Vermont. The WCCF typically will not fund an entire project, preferring projects that demonstrate support from a variety of sources, which encourages broader community investment and sustainability. Eligibility for WCCF grants requires organizations to be located in or serve the people of Vermont, and to be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or be a public agency or municipality in Vermont. Nonprofit organizations without 501(c)(3) status may apply with a fiscal sponsor. Measurable results could be tracked through final impact reports, which are a mandatory requirement for previous grants before new funding is released. The grant amounts, ranging from $1,000 to $10,000, are intended to provide meaningful support that can lead to tangible improvements for the veteran community. The foundation's strategic priorities, as demonstrated by this program, revolve around community investment and targeted support for specific demographics. Organizations can submit only one application per cycle. This tiered approach ensures that funding is distributed equitably and proportionally to the operational scale of each applicant, maximizing the program's reach and impact across the diverse cultural ecosystem of Wichita.
