Seabird Monitoring and Predator Management at Kokee Air Force Station, Kauai - All tasks associated with this requirement have an avian and/or predator control focus and shall be conducted on the island of Kauai. The Geothermal Resources’ Value in Implementing Decarbonization (GRID) FOA aims to advance the Biden-Harris Administration's goals for a carbon-pollution-free electricity sector by 2035 and a net-zero emissions economy by 2050.
