This NOFO has two (2) components to achieve the purpose of the program. Component A focuses on surveillance of diabetes among youth (;lt; 18 years) and young adults (1844 years). Component B serves as a Coordinating Center to provide an infrastructure for standardized approaches, analytical methods, and measures to be used for surveillance across sites. It will also develop validation protocols, serve as a data repository, and provide statistical expertise.
