Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Data Integration, Systems, and Quality Technical Assistance (DISQ) is a national training and technical assistance (T/TA) program to support RWHAP recipients and subrecipients. It funds activities to increase access to high-quality HIV care and support services for low-income people with HIV in the United States. The DISQ program develops and disseminates T/TA to help RWHAP recipients and subrecipients develop and implement data collection activities related to HIV care. This program will improve RWHAP recipients and subrecipients capacity to meet data-related program requirements and help them use data to make their programs more efficient and effective. We will award one cooperative agreement to a technical assistance provider. This provider will be responsible for on-site and virtual T/TA to RWHAP recipients and subrecipients.

The Greenville Zoo Conservation Grants program is designed to support and promote conservation efforts that enhance the quality of life for all living things, directly aligning with the foundation's mission of promoting conservation and sustainability, seeking knowledge through science, and collaborating to maximize impact. The Supporting Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) Screening and Intervention program helps reduce alcohol use during pregnancy and improves outcomes for children with FASD nationwide, especially in communities where theres a high rate of binge drinking during pregnancy. The program focuses on educating Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and increasing the use of screening, intervention, and referral processes for high-risk pregnancies. Engaging a minimum of 80 practices over 5 years, the Supporting FASD Screening and Intervention program strives for widespread impact, particularly in communities that have high rates of binge drinking during pregnancy, including rural areas and medically underserved communities.

Services and programs proposed in response to this RFP must be designed to serve people who have been arrested, charged with, or convicted of a criminal offense and have a history of mental health or substance use disorders. Eligible applicants are public agencies located in the State of California.  To be eligible, a Lead Agency must subcontract with one or more non-governmental, community-based organization(s) for a minimum of 50 percent of the total grant award to demonstrate a shared partnership rooted in community engagement and economic equity. Small scope applicants can apply for up to $2M and large scope candidates can apply for $2-8M. The grant period is 10/1/24-6/30/28, the last 3 months to be used to finalize and submit the required Local Evaluation Report and program-specific compliance audit.
