The National Institute on Drug Abuseintends to promote a new initiative by publishing a notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) to seek applications for research hubs to participate in Phase II of the Justice Community Overdose Innovation Network (JCOIN). This Notice is being provided to allow potential applicants sufficient time to develop meaningful collaborations and responsive projects.
