The purpose of this funding opportunity is to establish, by cooperative agreement, a National Child Welfare Center for Court Innovation and Advancement (CCIA). In addition, the CCIA will be responsible for increasing the knowledge, skills, capacity, and resources of child welfare legal professionals.
