Undergraduate students are also eligible but must be accompanied by a faculty member who will serve as the PI. The program provides $750 per week for subsistence expenses while visiting an industrial facility, research center, or national laboratory, with a maximum total of $6,000. Transportation cost reimbursements up to $1,000 are also provided. Proposals can be submitted from April 12, 2023, until June 30, 2024. The proposal submission must follow specific format requirements outlined in the guidelines.
