Through Illinois General Review Funds, the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) will provide funding to expand the implementation of strategies in the Illinois Suicide Prevention Strategic Plan. In a continuous effort to seek funding to support the Zero Suicide model, IDPH sought federal funding (approved but not funded) support systems in Illinois to implement the Zero Suicide model and establish a statewide network to provide technical assistance and support to systems currently or pursuing implementing the model.
