The purpose of this NOFO is to solicit applications for Guardrail Safety Training program that will result in the award of one (1) cooperative agreement award and the distribution of up to $500,000.00 in Federal funding over the life of the project. The actual amount available to be awarded under this notice will be subject to the availability of funds. PROGRAM GOALS The goal of Guardrail Safety Training is three-fold:1. To provide technical assistance;2. To develop support materials for training activities; and3.
