Carry out multidisciplinary applied research projects to characterize the thermal inactivation kinetics of HPAI H5N1 in a wide variety of dairy products.4. Provide additional capabilities and capacity for HPAI H5N1 testing as needed to help meet the needs of FDA's research agenda. 5. Engage with academic and industry stakeholders to help ensure work is complementary of other ongoing research in these research spaces and to facilitate the use of the information produced by the research program.
