The solicitation for the FY 2024 National Criminal History Improvement Program (NCHIP) was released on March 4, 2024. The FY 2024 NICS Act Record Improvement Program solicitation will be released later in FY 2024. This program furthers the DOJ’s mission to uphold the rule of law, to keep our country safe, and to protect civil rights.
