The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), the System Agency, is accepting Applications for the targeted Houston Preventative and Primary Health (HPPH) Services provided in “At-Risk” or “Distressed” communities. The purpose of this funding opportunity is to deliver services that expand access to no-or low-cost preventative and primary medical, dental, diagnostic, specialty, and children’s health services to improve the health of low-income adults and children in the targeted Houston area.

The City Parks and Open Space Grant, funded by the Iowa Legislature via REAP funds derived from gaming revenues, is a competitive grant program allocating 15% of REAP funds to cities across Iowa. The underlying theory of change is that by investing in natural public spaces, the program will contribute to improved public health, environmental sustainability, and overall community well-being, reflecting a strategic belief in the value of accessible green infrastructure.

The Illinois Migrant Education Program Service Delivery Plan and the Illinois Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) State Plan set the parameters for local projects. The measurable program outcomes and strategies contained in the Service Delivery Plan are listed in Exhibit A on page 15 of this document. The Service Delivery Plan is updated regularly to reflect changes in federal regulations, migratory population needs, and program evaluation results as part of a cycle of continuous improvement. Funded projects must carry out activities that align with the state Service Delivery Plan to address identified needs of migratory children and youth. The Service Delivery Plan includes broad statements of needs, and local projects document the strengths, interests, and need of the migratory children in their areas to tailor services to the population. All services must be culturally and linguistically appropriate for the migratory student population.

Notice of Funding Availability - FY24 Arizona Automobile Theft Authority AATA Grant programs are available for Law Enforcement, Training and Theft Prevention projects to Arizona Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice agencies. End of FY24 AATA Grant funding available prior to June 30, 2024.  Grant extensions may be requested beyond June 30th to allow for procurement and program implementation. Grant applications require the approval of the AATA Board of Directors. Once approved, contracts are generated for signature by an authorized representative of the grantee and the AATA prior to funding being issued.     Agencies are required to submit monthly or quarterly financial and performance reports within the Ecivis Grant Management System.  Financial Notes: End of FY24 AATA Grant funding available prior to June 30, 2024.  Grant extensions can be obtained beyond June 30th to allow for procurement and program implementation.
