The Child Care Capital Program (CCCP) will award grants to eligible child care providers to expand existing child care centers or build new ones. The program will be overseen by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) and administered by the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY).The CCCP will provide reimbursement grants for the design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, equipment and other capital assets for existing or proposed state-licensed, not-for-profit or for-profit child day care centers and registered school-age child care programs. The facility must be intended to be used as a child care program for at least eight years. Projects must be shovel-ready, demonstrate the ability to be licensed and fully operational within six months of completing construction and worth at least $500,000.

Following the submission deadline, applications are concurrently reviewed by DPR staff and the Pest Management Advisory Committee (PMAC). Both groups evaluate the proposal application according to scoring criteria that can be found in the 2025 Research Grants Solicitation. This year, DPR invites projects with budgets ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 to apply. Eligible grantees include nonprofit agencies, tribal governments, individuals, businesses, and public agencies. There is no limit on the number of applications that can be submitted, including multiple applications from the same person or entity. The Arizona Water Protection Fund (AWPF) is a competitive state grant program that provides funding to interested parties for the development and implementation of measures to protect water of sufficient quality and quantity to maintain, enhance, and restore river and riparian resources throughout Arizona (including projects that benefit fish and wildlife that are dependent on these important resources), and measures to increase water availability and supply. Financial Notes: Matching funds are not required to be eligible for AWPF funding; however, projects that do include matching funds typically receive higher consideration.   Administrative costs must be limited to a maximum of 5% of the total AWPF project funds requested.  Subcontractors or consultants working on your project must also conform to the 5% administrative cost limit if you are paying them out of AWPF funds.   Payments are made on a cost reimbursement basis.  Appropriate documentation (e.g., receipts, invoices, reports, data, and photographs) will be required in order to receive reimbursement.   Adequate accounting practices and record keeping will be required.

A grant provided through this opportunity will support business retention investments needed for the continuation of a company’s operating presence in Illinois. Mandatory requirements: • Minimum employee retention level:100 • Eligible entities: 1. Must be a private for-profit business entity 2. Must be the legal owner of and have the authority to implement investments in a manufacturing complex already located and operating in Bushnell, IL. 3. Must have extensive direct applicable experience in operating a successful tool manufacturing firm. 4. Business entity must have less than 1,000 employees in Illinois. 5. Must have acquired a 100 full-time equivalent tool manufacturing firm in in McDonough County. In order to maximize the effectiveness of this retention investment, the applicant must maintain the operational production status of current product lines and not relocate these to other physical sites outside of an existing manufacturing plant located within Bushnell, IL. Expenses related to this grant must be directly tied to the retention of employees or improvements of the facilities located in Bushnell. For example, reimbursements for payroll and facility improvements may be acceptable under this grant.

The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) application for program year 2023-2024 will open on October 02, 2023 at 8am EST. Indiana residents can apply for utility bill assistance through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), a federally-funded program through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The EAP provides a one-time benefit to assist with the high cost of electricity and heating for homes. It may take up to 55 days for eligibility determination and an additional 30 days for the utility company to process the benefit. The Border-to-Border Broadband Development Grant Program and the Low-Density Population Pilot Program, established by the Minnesota legislature in 2014 and continued in 2023, are aimed at promoting broadband infrastructure expansion in Minnesota's unserved or underserved areas.
