Funded projects must carry out activities that align with the state Service Delivery Plan to address identified needs of migratory children and youth. The Service Delivery Plan includes broad statements of needs, and local projects document the strengths, interests, and need of the migratory children in their areas to tailor services to the population. All services must be culturally and linguistically appropriate for the migratory student population.
