The CR-SRO will provide residence-based programming that meets ongoing needs, while also coordinating with higher levels of care when necessary. The FACT team will offer individualized case support, consultative services, and crisis de-escalation assistance for residential staff. The total funding available for this opportunity is $30,021,763, and a single non-profit organization will be awarded the contract. The anticipated initial contract length is 60 months.
