West Virginia Animal Welfare Grants

This program provides funding to eligible government and nonprofit organizations in West Virginia to support spay and neuter services for reducing the population of stray and abandoned animals.

This grant provides financial support to humane societies in West Virginia for projects that improve animal welfare, such as education programs and facility upgrades, excluding spay/neuter initiatives.
