The overarching goal of the Risk MAP Program is to enhance flood-resilient communities, including underserved communities. The CTP Program supports this goal by establishing, maintaining, and improving collaborative working relationships; ensuring timely and accurate delivery of data to communities to support flood risk reduction and mitigation; and program ownership. Additionally, CTP supports Risk MAPs goal of ensuring the long-term flood resiliency of communities, including underserved communities. The objectives of the CTP program are primarily to support the mission and objectives of the NFIPs Flood Hazard Mapping Program through FEMAs flood hazard identification and risk assessment programs, including the Risk MAP program. Objectives include: Ensure extensive stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of a project so that stakeholders have access to flood hazard data and risk information to validate and use for community resiliency. Stakeholders in CTP projects typically include community and tribal leaders; business and property owners; regional, tribal, and state partners; and local elected officials. Enhance communities ability to make informed decisions on development using updated information by ensuring it is delivered to communities in a timely manner and on budget. Improve acceptance and use of the flood hazard data and risk information, through delivery of high-quality products to communities. Increase understanding of flood hazard and risk elements, leading to quality partnerships between CTPs and their communities, and between FEMA and CTPs, by providing training and engagement throughout the project.Applicants can submit applications for this funding opportunity through FEMA Grants Outcomes (GO). CMP In-Person Visitation grants provide funding for nursing homes to facilitate safer in-person visits through use of outdoor and indoor equipment such as tents, clear dividers, portable fans, and portable room air cleaners with high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA, H-13 or 14) filters in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Replacement air filters are a prohibited expense under this program.  Facilities must attest they meet the requirements to purchase the materials and facilitate in-person visitation for residents. Facilities must be certified through the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Applicants may request up to a maximum of $3,000.00 per facility. The NCCC, using a combination of various funding sources, provides services through telephone-based warmlines, a hotline, and internet-based educational consultation services in the following clinical areas: General HIV prevention, care, and treatment, including diagnosis, testing, and antiretroviral therapy. Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP). Post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP). Treatment and management of Hepatitis B and C and HIV coinfections. Treatment and management of substance use disorders in people with or at risk for HIV. Perinatal HIV care and management. The NCCC provides expert consultation that demonstrates an understanding of the HIV epidemic in a variety of locations including: EHE jurisdictions. Rural areas. Areas disproportionately impacted by substance use disorders including opioid use disorder, and other co-morbidities. Communities where a large number of the people with HIV identify as a non-white racial or ethnic group. The goals for the NCCC align with those of the RWHAP Part F AETC Program, which are: Goal 1: Expand the number of health care team members providing HIV care and prevention services, including providers with different backgrounds or experiences. Goal 2: Expand the ability of health care team members to provide effective HIV care and prevention services. Goal 3: Improve health equity by integrating HIV care and prevention in primary care and other health care settings that provide services to underserved populations. Goal 4: Enhance the capacity of the AETC Program to train health care team members to serve people at risk for or with HIV.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Data Integration, Systems, and Quality Technical Assistance (DISQ) is a national training and technical assistance (T/TA) program to support RWHAP recipients and subrecipients. It funds activities to increase access to high-quality HIV care and support services for low-income people with HIV in the United States. The DISQ program develops and disseminates T/TA to help RWHAP recipients and subrecipients develop and implement data collection activities related to HIV care. This program will improve RWHAP recipients and subrecipients capacity to meet data-related program requirements and help them use data to make their programs more efficient and effective. We will award one cooperative agreement to a technical assistance provider. This provider will be responsible for on-site and virtual T/TA to RWHAP recipients and subrecipients.
