The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) is requesting proposals for grants for the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (SCIP). This program aims to develop and implement effective and equitably targeted Firearm Restraining Order (FRO) public information, outreach, and training strategies.
