Grants for Organizations: All applicants must be either a public entity or a Florida non-profit tax-exempt corporation as of the application deadline. There are various discipline-based program areas with their own eligibility requirements such as arts in education projects, artist residency projects, arts partnership projects, discipline-based projects (dance, literature, media arts, museum, music, presenter, theatre, traditional arts, visual arts), and underserved cultural community development projects. Grants for Artists: All applicants must be Florida-based artists who are not enrolled in a degree or certificate program. Artists applying as individuals must create a profile in the grant portal. There are different project types available for artists, including individual artist project grants and arts in education grants (artist performances on tour and teaching artist grants).

Through the APCCA Alliance APS, USAID aims to address key objectives outlined in the U.S. Government (USG) Advancing Protection and Care for Children in Adversity Strategy. The purpose of this APS is to disseminate information to prospective Applicants so they may develop and submit Concepts in response to future Addenda under this APS and ultimately to be considered for USAID funding. USAID DDI/ID anticipates awarding multiple grants and/or cooperative agreements as a result of this APS. However, issuance of this APS does not constitute an award commitment on the part of the U.S. Government, nor does it commit the USG to pay for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of comments/suggestions, a concept, or an application. This grant provides funding for nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies to improve online access to historical records, particularly those that highlight the contributions and histories of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, as well as early legal documents related to the evolution of U.S. democracy.

Special Projects grants are available for Mercer County-based nonprofits and government units that present special New Jersey/Mercer County (including local) history programs or events. These grants support specific history-related activities such as exhibitions, educational projects, and preservation efforts. A 1:1 match is required, but 50% of this match can be in-kind. With this solicitation, BJA seeks to support efforts by both wrongful conviction review (WCR) entities, which represent individuals with post-conviction claims of innocence to review individual cases, and conviction integrity or review units (CIUs) to enhance criminal justice system integrity. This includes a category to select a training and technical assistance (TTA) provider to ensure WCR and CIUs entities and the field obtain the skills, training, and information on the latest practices to safeguard the integrity of convictions and support post-conviction review of claims of wrongful convictions. The TTA provider will also build and maintain a database for the field on exonerations.
