The purpose of this NOFO is to solicit applications for Guardrail Safety Training program that will result in the award of one (1) cooperative agreement award and the distribution of up to $500,000.00 in Federal funding over the life of the project. The purpose of this notice is to solicit applications for the Innovative Finance and Asset Concession Grant Program (IFACGP or the Program).
