Projects must serve beneficiaries within the service territory and in designated disadvantaged communities. Total seed funding of up to 1,000,000 dollars will support programs beginning in July 2024. Eligible applicants are 501(c)(3) organizations; in collaborative projects a designated 501(c)(3) must serve as fiscal agent.
