A. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION This project seeks U.S. and Dominican organizations to bring U.S. artists to conduct visual storytelling workshops for at-risk youth. The top stories will be printed and distributed at the binational centers and Dominican universities, with at least 1,000 print copies.
